The Isle of Man Steam Packet Company is one of the longest established ferry operators and connects the Isle of Man with Ireland, Northern Ireland and England with their fleet of high speed and conventional ferries. The Isle of Man Steam Packet Company operates 3 ships, and services to England are operated by their flagship company - the Ben-my-Chree.

Freight, regular car and passengers are carried between the Isle of Man and England. Services operate twice daily throughout the year with a crossing time of 3 hours 30 minutes.

There is also a regular Fast Craft service between the Isle of Man and the Liverpool port in Merseyside with a crossing time of just 2h 30m.
