Lovely clean hotel, friendly service and wonderful breakfast, in the heart of Douglas and within walking distance of the town centre, beach and great restaurants. We can't wait to return.

Stayed here for a week during the Manx Grand prix. A lovely family run hotel one street back from Douglas promenade.
The hotel sits in a terrace and looks like lots of other b+b accommodation nearby but once you get inside you see how nice it really is . Modern tasteful decor warm and clean
The breakfasts were great and more than plentiful . Evening meals were cooked on request . Great food and great value for money.
The rooms were spotless and bathrooms very modern .
I would have no hesitation in recommending this hotel to anyone looking to stay on the island. Well worth a visit and I for one will use it again.

We enjoyed our stay the hotel was good the only issue was the number of flights of stairs to our room.
The Rosslyn Hotel in Douglas, capital of the Isle of Man, is a warm and friendly,
family run guest house which has been recently refurbished. Located just off the
central Victorian Promenade, the Rosslyn Hotel is conveniently situated close to
the centre of Douglas and central to all amenities including the theatre, cinemas
and nightclubs all within 5 minutes walk and the main shopping area and business
precincts are within 10 minutes walk. The location is also ideal for exploring the
Isle of Man attractions, with easy access for public transport such as the horse
trams, electric railway, steam train and buses.
The Rosslyn Hotel will assure you of a warm and friendly stay in the Isle of Man
and the guest accommodation is of the highest standard and offers excellent en-suite
facilities to satisfy the most demanding of guests. There is a comfortably furnished
lounge, sunny terrace for sitting outside and WIFI internet access is available.

All of the 12 bedrooms at Rosslyn Hotel have been refurbished to a high standard
and are en-suite with free Wi-Fi internet access, colour TV, tea and coffee making
facilities, telephone and hairdryer.
Dining
Breakfast is served in the modern non-smoking dining room, with Manx breakfasts
a speciality such as Fresh Manx Kippers. Special dietary requirements can be catered
for and there are home cooked three course meals available as well.
